VOCATIONAL PROGRAMMES

The organization has offered vocational training to orphan and street children and unemployed youths for social upliftment. Its prime objective was to impart computer training to the poor & orphan children for creating Employment Ave- nue to them. Several poor children had received proper training from the cen- tre and successfully employed in the urban areas.

Cutting & Tailoring

The organization has imparted skill development training on cutting and tailoring, exclusively women who are living below poverty line in Sriniwaspuri, Ashram Delhi. The trained volunteer provides high quality training to the participants by using various methods and tools. Large number of poor schedule cast women is unemployed to the people. Beside, trainees also get marketing facilities for selling their goods and self-employment opportunities in urban areas. Ap- proximately 241, women benefited by this training. 141 Women were trained in Simdega Bano areas,

123 Women trained in Malbazar, West Bengal, and recently going to opened at Jammu & Kashmir Cutting and tailoring is highly demand by the local people.

BEAUTICIAN COURSE

The society has imparted beautician training to young girls and women in Sriniwaspuri and Ashram area. The women participants received both practical and theoretical training by the national awardees trainers. The main focus of the training is beauty treat- ments like Eyebrow shaping, Pedicure, Manicure, Mehendi, Mas- sage etc. The duration of the course six months, exam conducted every three months, about 197 participants passed in the exami- nation in 2017-2018 with our consortium partner NOW. The organization given certificates to the participants and also pro- vided them employment in Delhi, Jharkhand, West Bengal also have Centres and almost 223 Girls were trained in Jharkhand

HEALTH & AWARENESS PROGRAMME

The society has organized health checkup camps time to time with help of Care Plus Diagnostics and Sara Diagnostics Center, New Delhi. The health checkup camp was held on 24th September, about 171 patients have been checked up and 52 patients were suggested for medical tests and 22 female patients being operated. Second camp held on 10th Janu- ary, approximately 245 patients checked up, out of which 75 patients advised for medicines test. They also advised to visit OPD regularly and take medicines properly.

The organization has provided free health checkup to the poor, needy women and children. The family planning operations both male and female are done by MCD Doctors with the nominal charges Rs.300/- each patient. The camp also provided proper information to the preg- nant women and infants about nutritious food and medicines.

  • Programs for Widows:

The organization has offered services to widows, by provide them literacy, voca- tional training, food facility and  clothes. And also care the widows with the consulta- tion of state govt. and old age home NGOs. Approximately 13 widows benefited by this programmers.

  • Leprosy Colony:

The Society has distributed clothes the lep- rosy patients and also provided them medi- cines and methods of treatments. Approxi- mately 110 leprosy patients benefited  by this program.
